Larry's day
10 am
I try to be out of my office by 10 a.m. to visit the job sites to make sure things are being carried out according to plan. This is when I switch from land phone to cell phone, so I'm constantly "plugged in". When I see several things that need to be done all at once, I prioritize. The most important problem must always be dealt with immediately, and rest must wait. That's the nice thing about being on the job site several times every day: I am able to keep track of every stage of the process for each house. I usually have four or five houses going at one time. This is absolutely a full time job! |
